WHAT WE DO

Estate Concierge begins our relationship by cataloging every service provider, system, and all equipment on property. From HVAC system to the model and serial number of your kitchen appliances we gather the information necessary to arrange service, replacement, or upgrade with the appropriate service provider

The team at Estate Concierge will develop a relationship with existing service providers. Examples include landscapers, pool service, security, & smart home contractors. We integrate with these trades to improve communication and to support their work to better fulfill our clients needs.

We regularly complete field inspections and tests of systems to proactively work to avoid disruptions & systems downtime.

In the event of an equipment failure Estate Concierge provides client assistance in overseeing the scheduling and necessary repairs or upgrades

HOW WE WORK

THE INITIAL SITE SURVEY

  • Initial on-site survey of the property cataloging all equipment, systems, appliances, and service providers to allow Estate Concierge to provide immediate response to service or repair requests, replacements, or upgrades through coordination with property service providers, equipment warranty service providers or emergency service companies.

  • Gathering of existing documentation including equipment installation and user guides, site and floor plans if available to coordinate database information, and communication coordination with existing third party contractors

  • Create a property database utilizing site-survey data. Database includes eauipment data, service providers for warranty and scheduled service, emergency service and repairs, and equipment and systems replacements

  • Introductions to equipment suppliers and contractors for potential upgrades and systems integration/SmartHome opportunities to simplify day to day operations of the property

  • Develop relationships with existing third party service providers to coordinate communications and assist in required maintenance, scheduling, and upgrade opportunities

  • Provide an initial in depth estate systems report describing observed status of equipment and suggested service, maintenance, and replacement schedule

  • Report includes database information for client and third party service provider use
